Michel is a managing partner at Fisher Rock Consulting. He advises and works with senior leaders and HR executives on custom talent management solutions, with a special focus on the design and delivery of competency models, leadership assessment, onboarding processes, executive coaching, and organizational design. He also specializes in assisting senior management teams in developing strategy, gaining alignment within the organization. For over 10 years Michel has worked with close to 50 different organizations, many of which are global 1000 organizations, including Bristol-Myers Squibb, British Telecom, Codelco, Johnson & Johnson, Kimberly- Clark, The New York Times Company, Siemens Medical Solutions, Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Time Warner and Wyeth. Michel received his PhD in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a DESS in Clinical Psychology from University of Paris VII in France. He is a member of the Association for Psychological Science, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the French-American Chamber of Commerce in New York. He is bilingual in French and English, fluent in Spanish.
