Dan is a managing partner at Fisher Rock Consulting and a licensed NY State Psychologist. He has extensive experience designing and implementing change processes for clients in many industries. He is recognized most for his work as an assessment specialist, providing senior executives with critical insights and information on their own developmental needs, as well as information to companies on their own organization and the executives they are considering hiring or promoting. Dan also has extensive experience coaching executives and their teams and facilitating leadership development programs and change management offsites. A partial list of the clients he has worked with to date includes Bank of America, BNP Paribas, Silver Lake Partners, MatlinPatterson, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, General Electric, MasterCard, Microsoft, McGraw-Hill, DoubleClick, Johnson & Johnson, Schering Plough, Merck, Cisco, eBay, and Owens Corning. Dan received his Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and completed his pre and post-doctoral internships at Weill Medical College of Cornell University. He is an active member of the Society for Consulting Psychology, The Metropolitan New York Association for Applied Psychology, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Dan serves on several boards, both not for profit and for profit.
