Organizational Assessment
We design and administer organizational assessments based on simple and compelling models of organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, speed and innovation, and other topics of strategic interest to our clients. Our assessment may engage a cross-section of opinion leaders, mission-critical members or the entire employee population in a census format.
Our feedback and action-planning session are designed to generate shared understanding and build commitment to problem solving and performance.

Example. The Head of Quality and Regulatory Affairs at a global pharmaceutical company engaged us to define and assess the current state of “quality systems” across the 12 units of the Research and Development organization. Based on a fast-cycle benchmark, we defined a 6-component model of quality and compliance practices, and conducted a thorough assessment including interviews with senior executives, an online survey and several focus groups. We integrated all the data – including some regression analyses to uncover statistically significant predictors of performance – and facilitated a 2-day offsite with the management team of Quality and Regulatory Affairs. The outcome of the two days was a detailed 6-month action plan to address the most pressing issues related to quality and compliance.
