Pulse Check Surveys

Pulse check surveys are short, fast-cycle, targeted assessments our clients use to address issues that require immediate attention and for which there may be a limited set of diagnostic questions.

Example. Following the roll out of a new strategic plan, the CEO of a medical devices company tasked his Head of Communication to take the pulse on how well the new strategic plan had been communicated and what actions may need to be taken to readjust or calibrate upcoming events designed to reinforce the initial message, over a period of 3 months. We helped the Head of Communication design and administer a 20-item survey targeting all members of the organization. The survey focused on the awareness that people had of the new strategy, their level of understanding and agreement with it, and their readiness and commitment to achieve the new strategic objectives. Results of the survey were fed to the 70 members of the extended leadership team, who were then engaged in defining specific actions to answer lingering questions and reinforce the strategic message with their respective teams.
