Using cutting-edge analytical methods, we assess the value - realized and potential – that lies in personal network of relationships inside and outside of the organization. With this information, we work with our clients to design strategies to realign their personal network with their objectives and aspirations, in support of the organization’s strategic direction.
Example. Members of the regional Management Team at a global financial services firm were eager to more fully leverage the diversity of skills and experience in their respective networks to uncover new business opportunity, either in the form of new financial products or cross-selling opportunities between the different business units of the organization. We conducted a personal network analysis of each of the 8 members of the Management Team, coupled with a personality assessment to better understand the personal enablers and derailers of their networking behaviors. We provided one-on-one coaching to each of the team members on their respective network and encouraged then to share their data with one another to identify opportunities for making introductions. Each member of the team drafted a network development plan geared to strengthen existing relationships and broker new relationships between their contacts.
